Kennametal was awarded as one of the world's most ethical companies for five consecutive years

Kennametal recently announced that the company was awarded as one of the 2016 World’s Most Ethical Companies by the Ethisphere Institute. The Ethisphere Institute is the world's leading international think tank dedicated to the definition and dissemination of corporate ethics.

This marks Kennametal's five consecutive years of winning the title. This honor was put forward to commend the awardees' outstanding contributions in the following three areas-

Promote the creation and implementation of business ethics standards within the company,

Ensure that managers and employees make the best choices,

Promote the further establishment of industry standards through its currently best practices.
